As someone who is passionate about this game and trying to learn the ropes of development, I trusted this community to be a place of mutual support. Unfortunately, my first real experience here has been a total nightmare.
I want to officially warn everyone on this forum about a user named Elison. He has scammed me out of a total of 700 BZL, and after receiving the money, he completely vanished and blocked/ignored me.
Here is the full story of what happened:
As a beginner, I don’t have much experience or technical knowledge yet, so I was looking to buy some basic PT development assets and source files to study and practice with. Elison approached me and offered to sell exactly what I needed.
To be completely honest, I blame myself for being so naive and gullible. Having absolutely no experience in handling transactions within this development community, I easily fell for his smooth words and empty promises. I blindly trusted his profile on this forum, thinking that everyone here shared the same passion for the game and would support a newcomer. Furthermore, as a beginner, my budget is extremely limited. I don't have a lot of money to spend on expensive resources, so 700 BZL is a massive financial blow to me. I had to scrape together every single coin from my tight budget, skipping other essential needs just to afford these files, genuinely hoping they would help me kickstart my learning journey.
We agreed on the price of 700 BZL. I fulfilled my part of the deal honestly and sent the funds directly to him. However, as soon as the transaction went through, his attitude completely changed.
He delayed sending the files, making up various excuses.
Shortly after, he completely cut off all communications.
He has failed to deliver the promised files and has refused to refund a single BZL.
I have attached all the concrete evidence, including chat logs, transaction details, and screenshots of our agreement below as proof of his fraudulent behavior.
It is truly disheartening that experienced users like Elison take advantage of newcomers who are just trying to learn and contribute to the PT development community. He didn't just steal my money; he completely crushed my motivation and enthusiasm as a beginner.
To be honest, I am so confused right now and don't even know which section is the right place to post this. I sincerely hope the Administrators and Moderators can review this and kindly leave my post up so it can serve as a warning to everyone else.
I am posting this to request the Forum Administrators to take strict disciplinary action against Elison and ban his account to prevent other innocent members or beginners from falling into his trap.
Please stay away from Elison. Do not do any business with him under any circumstances.
